Our client called us regarding their home inspection failing due to mold behind their water heater caused by an old leak from their water heater. We came out to assess the damage and the customer stressed to us that the job was time sensitive due to the house being in escrow.
We accommodated their time frame and took care of their mold situation with our drywall repair services, reframing water heater pad, new texture, and paint. The home inspector came back out and we passed the new home inspection and escrow closed! Another happy customer for our handyman services!
